Hiring Requests
Businesses may submit hiring request forms through Solve Me when they wish to communicate their hiring requirements to the Solve Me platform.

- ✓Hiring requests are reviewed and managed through the Solve Me administration system
- ✓Businesses are responsible for providing accurate hiring information
- ✓Submission of a hiring request does not guarantee recruitment or candidate availability
Solve TV
Businesses may upload promotional videos through Solve TV.
- ✓Content must comply with applicable laws
- ✓Content must belong to the uploader or be used with proper permission
- ✓Content must not infringe intellectual property rights
- ✓Content must not contain misleading or deceptive information
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in activities that harm the platform or its community.
- ✓Upload false information
- ✓Impersonate another person or business
- ✓Post offensive, illegal, or harmful content
- ✓Commit fraud or scams
- ✓Upload malware or malicious software
- ✓Misuse platform features
- ✓Violate applicable laws
Advertisements & Promotions
Businesses may purchase advertising plans offered by Solve Me to promote their businesses through banner advertisements and/or video advertisements.
- ✓Advertisements are available according to the selected advertising plan
- ✓Advertising fees are paid to Solve Me for the selected platform advertising service
- ✓Advertisement placement and duration depend on the selected plan
- ✓Advertisements are subject to review and approval by Solve Me
- ✓Solve Me may reject or remove advertisements that violate applicable laws or platform policies
Rewards, Coupons & Gift Programs
Solve Me may occasionally offer promotional benefits to eligible users.

Payments & Platform Fees
Solve Me uses payment processing only for selected paid platform features. Solve Me does not process, collect, or settle payments between customers and businesses for products or services provided by those businesses.

- ✓Customers can contact businesses through the platform without making a service payment to the business
- ✓Eligible customers receive one free job application submission through the platform
- ✓Where applicable, additional job application submissions may require a platform fee
- ✓Businesses may pay for selected banner or video advertising plans
- ✓Businesses may pay applicable fees for submitting hiring request forms
- ✓Hiring request payments are payments to Solve Me for use of the platform feature and are not payments to job seekers or businesses
- ✓Job application payments, where applicable, are payments to Solve Me for use of the platform feature and are not payments to employers
Payment Processing
Payments for eligible Solve Me platform features may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
- ✓Users must provide valid payment information when making a paid platform transaction
- ✓Users are responsible for applicable platform charges
- ✓Users must comply with the payment provider's applicable requirements
- ✓Payment confirmation may be required before a paid platform feature becomes active
Third-Party Services
Solve Me may include links, advertisements, integrations, or references to third-party services and businesses.
